Alessandra received her B.A. in Psychology from The University of Tampa and B.S in Kinesiology from Texas Tech University before completing her Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from Samuel Merritt University. She has diverse clinical experiences across settings including the NICU, hospital-based pediatrics, adult acute care and private practice. Alessandra has worked with children with a wide range of diagnoses such as autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, preterm infants, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, CVA, TBI, spinal muscular atrophy, oncology-related conditions, and cleft lip and palate. She currently holds a certification as a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist and speaks conversational Spanish. Alessandra is passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care and takes pride in developing creative, family-center approaches to help children reach their full potential.
